These activations are intentionally designed to break through internal blocks and reconnect you with your power… while cultivating powerful relationships.

Comfort is key—yoga pants, sneakers, and cozy layers are all welcome. You’ll be moving your body, breathing and focused on how you feel… so wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.
For the final activation, I want you to ask yourself: What would my Future Self wear? We’ll be changing into our future selves so we can show up as them for our closing intensive.

It means taking your dreams out of your head and into your body. At SBM, you’ll rehearse the thoughts, feelings, and actions of the woman you’re becoming—until they feel natural. The more you practice, the more you embody your future now.

This is the space where you will be accepted in your totality! Many attendees are also introverted and leave with deep connections, new friends, and collaborators.
Our small-group format makes it easy to connect, and the shared experience creates instant community. You’re welcome to share or not share as much as you wish during these breakouts… We’d encourage you to ask yourself - what would my future self do?

Because this is a fundraiser for a nonprofit, tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable.
